The use of Auditory Beat Stimulation (ABS) such as binaural, monaural and isochronic beats falls into the field of study called psychoacoustics. The research conducted so far, although not conclusive, has provided enough evidence that the effects of ABS can be registered in the brain. ABS, also combined with music, can influence states such as stress and anxiety.

This Stress & Anxiety Pack provides carefully crafted mindful music with isochronic and binaural beats stimulation on the frequencies of 6Hz (Theta) and 10 Hz (Alpha).


The content:

1 Music track of 30 minutes containing ABS at 6Hz (Theta) in two versions (isochronic and binaural). Each version is also available with and without guided meditation.

1 Music track of 30 minutes containing ABS at 10Hz (Alpha) in two versions (isochronic and binaural). Each version is also available with and without guided meditation.


How to use the recordings:
The version with binaural beats must be listened through headphones to experience the effects. You can also listen to the version with isochronic beats through good quality speakers, although to experience the full effect it is highly recommended to use headphones.
The music is accompanied by heart coherence meditations developed by the HeartMath Institute. I recommend using the accompanied versions at first so you can get familiar with the steps of the meditations. After you have learned the steps and if you feel you no longer need the guiding voice, you can use the tracks with only music.

What's the difference between Isochronic and Binaural Beats?
Isochronic beats are more effective in entraining the brainwaves to the desired frequency whereas Binaural beats have the additional effect of stimulating hemisphere synchronisation.
